Having been trained and mentored by one of the most successful land barons in Southern California, I have developed an expertise that allows me to truly focus on your requirements and obtain your goals in the property arena.
Prior to Real Estate, my previous career was in the securities industry, specializing in arbitrage and trading of equities in the private and public sector, handling the largest short equity trading account in the marketplace. This gave me the knowledge and timing necessary to profit in any given deal. Once again, I was blessed to have several successful mentors who were prominent leaders in the securities industry in Los Angeles.
My original company was based in La Crescenta, California and now we have relocated to the growing community of Yucca Valley. The diversity of my company included development, management and brokerage for large scale self-storage and commercial properties. Also, my company was involved in various tenant improvements in office, retail, industrial and R & D projects.
Previously associated with WEBSCO Self Storage Properties, Tustin, CA. Founder: Mr. Lonnie Wells, Jr., my storage mentor, who is very successful in the acquisition, development and sale of self storage properties.
I lived and traveled throughout Europe extensively for a number of years, which has given me an outlook on investments worldwide having seen first hand how different cultures handle their property needs.


Now I am fortunate to have an incredible opportunity to accomplish so much in this growing Yucca Valley community.

Personal Note:
I am proud to have completed the Los Angeles Marathon in March, 1993, a total of 26.2 miles in 6 1/2 hours! I am also proud to have as my sister-in-law, Mrs. Jo-Ellan Dimitrius-Peukert, the top jury defense consultant for the nation.

I owe my gratitude and success to Mr. Chris Bergren, of EverGreen DevCo, major developers for Walgreen’s, Tesco, Fresh 'N' Easy, and many other major retailers. Chris was my "first", well, let me elaborate... he was my "first" developer to spend the time and educate me in the field of site selection for major retailers. His kind demeanor, patience, knowledge, and never losing his cool, has played a significant aspect of my career. I am ever so grateful to him.
